a skilled and young man from a far away kingdom jumped on his magic carpet.
He swirled across mountains and clouds,
with a big heart, curious eyes, skillful hands and a vision in mind:
sharing with as many people as possible the treasure of beauty and wisdom contained in traditional Oriental rugs.
Oh, the love he had for them!
It was the year 1986 when Hassan
excitedly opened the golden doors of his beloved Atlas Rug Gallery.
Care, warmth, laughs and shared stories naturally became his trademark.
He worked hard and with passion,
serving and treating the DFW community just like family.
The smile on their faces was the precious and priceless fuel
that would make him extremely happy and eager to get to his store everyday.
He gifted everybody with his knowledge and capable hands, illuminated
by that brilliant sparkle that comes only with the experience of a lifetime.
Hassan has always been a storyteller, always found the time to chat
with his beloved customers and would always share this quote:
